2025 Midlothian Youth Football League - Annual 2025

Welcome to the 2025 Midlothian Youth Football League
This registration session will allow you to complete all the necessary steps required to properly enroll your child(ren) for the upcoming 2025 season. Please read through and follow the instructions to complete the process. It is important that all the information provided is accurate. The same information will be provided to the league for your child's certification and eligibility with the Northwest Texas Youth Football Association in 2025. Any inaccurate information will cause your child to be ineligible for the 2025 season.

To complete the Football Registration process please have the following information available.
1) Current photo of your child
2) Copy of the child's Birth Certificate
3) Copy of the child's Skyward Profile Page
4) Acceptable Form of Payment - Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Debit.

**All rosters will be at the discretion of the Board**

We highly encourage each player to sell 10 raffle tickets at $30 each by August 1, 2025. If there are multiple players within the same household, the ticket amount will be as follows. 1 player 10 tickets, 2 players 15 tickets, 3 players 20 tickets and so on. For documentation purposes, any sibling's names can be on the tickets. As long as the household sells the total amount.
